Losin It

We'll start on Saturday. Here's the deal. You must have a realistic weight loss goal. You must tell us what it is and how you plan to reach it. Don't go crazy with details. Come back each Saturday and update your progress and see how everyone else is doing. Now for the fun part. I was talking to Frank about motivation last night. Try this on for size... Starting this Saturday, we'll go for 12 weeks. Each week we each put a little dough in the pot. At the end of the 12 weeks, each of us who reach our goal split the pot. Interested? How much $ per week? Come on, who's in???

Hey dude, we finally are being consistent with our workout and going the YMCA at least 3 times a week. I have lost 4% body fat already in 2 weeks. I am TOTALLY IN, in like FLYNN!

I'm up for "loosin it"!
My goal is to lose 20lbs by following weight watchers points and exercising. If I was going to Weight Watchers I'd be paying $10 a week. So anything up to that seems reasonable to me.

I'm in...this might just be the kick in the pants that I need. I am not so interested in weight loss but more in inches and getting back into the clothes in my closet. However, I will say 15-20 pounds or size 6...whichever comes first. Okay I laid it out, now I am committed.

I'm in for 5 bucks a week, and twelve weeks sounds good. Are we doing straight pounds lost ("gross" weight), percentage lost, or, to compensate for the massive guns I'll have in september, BMI reduction?

Since I don't have an easy way to check BMI at home, I'm saying straight lbs. So, you may need to compensate for the added 10 lbs of arm-gunnage. :)

Well since I've been doing sort of a South Beach thing for 3 weeks and lost 5 lbs, I be a fool not to profit on this and take your money - so I'm in! I'm at 165 (ouch) and my goal by August is 150. By December, 98 lbs in case you want to extend this.
