I lost 2 lbs. by following WW points, and fitting in extra activity where I normally wouldn't. 18 lbs. to go.

• Following detox diet
• Exercised 6 times doing P90

By Sat. June 21, I'd lost 2 lbs. but this morning I'm up to a 4 lb. loss. I am loosly doing the weight watchers points & keeping portions small & I have not filled my candy dish for over a week! I have 6 lbs to go.
